UFL Week 8 DFS Picks 2025
The second season of the United Football League continues as Week 8 kicks off this Friday.
We are on the back end of the season now as there are only three more games until we reach the playoffs. Even still, new fantasy heroes are popping up every week. This makes it important to identify the players who are showing strength this week as we build our UFL Week 8 DFS Picks 2025 lineups.
Each week, we’ll give you one of our favorite building blocks from each position to help you assemble a winning DFS roster. You can get in on the action in one of many DraftKings contests. This week features a 4-game slate, a Saturday 2-game slate, or a Sunday only contest.
UFL Week 8 DFS Picks 2025
Quarterback
Bryce Perkins – Michigan Panthers, $10,800
They say if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. We’re taking that to heart this week going back to Bryce Perkins in our DFS lineups. Last week, the Panthers’ quarterback posted a league-best 27.2 fantasy points against Arlington. He completed 15 of his 28 pass attempts for 231 yards and a touchdown. As we predicted, he led Michigan in rushing gaining 60 yards and a touchdown on 8 carries. Perkins has now eclipsed 20 fantasy points in five straight weeks.

Once again this week he and his offense have a favorable matchup as they take on the Houston Roughnecks. Last week, Case Cookus and J’Mar Smith combined for 24.02 fantasy points against the Houston defense. Three more teams have been able to rack up at least 20 fantasy points from their quarterback position against the Roughnecks this year.
Running Back
Toa Taua – Michigan Panthers, $8,800
For as much as his quarterback will benefit from his matchup, Taua will as well. The Houston defense has allowed the most rushing yards this season (871) as well the second-most rushing touchdowns (9) in the league. Last week, two Birmingham running backs crossed double-digit fantasy as Ricky Person Jr. tallied 17.3 while C.J. Marable supplied another 11.7 to the cause. In Week 1 Jarveon Howard and Jacob Saylors lit up the Roughnecks for a combined 49.8 fantasy points.

Taua has averaged 13.8 fantasy points per game since his Week 3 UFL debut. He has logged over 15 points in each of his last three games. The Michigan back has found the endzone in four straight games which has helped that total stay consistent. He’s already climbed to fifth in the league in rushing yards. On top of that, he is tied with his quarterback for the most rushing touchdowns in the UFL.
Wide Receiver
Jonathan Adams – Memphis Showboats, $9,500
Adams is averaging the second-most fantasy points per game (12.9) this season. Last week, he bounced back after four relatively quiet weeks to put up 17.8 points against one of the better pass defenses in St. Louis. The Memphis wideout leads the league in receiving yards (407) and has the best yards per game average among wide receivers who have played all seven games this year. He is the main receiving threat for the Showboats leading the team in receptions.

Picking on the San Antonio Brahmas defense has worked well this season and we’ll continue that strategy this week with Adams. San Antonio has allowed the most passing yards in the league as well as the third-most passing touchdowns. Last week, Braylon Sanders came up big against the Brahmas as he piled up 14.6 fantasy points for his DC Defenders. Week 1 was the only week in which at least one wide receiver failed to reach double-digit fantasy points against the San Antonio defense.
DST
Birmingham Stallions, $3,800
The Stallions have allowed the fewest points per game this season (15.3) and have given up the fewest touchdowns in the league as well. They have registered the third-most sacks this year (15) and are averaging 2.1 sacks per game. Birmingham also has four interceptions to add to their defense accolades. They have accounted for 11 total takeaways overall on the season.

This week, the Birmingham defense has the pleasure of taking on a Battlehawks offense that has been kind to the position this season. St. Louis has allowed double-digit fantasy points in three of their seven games this year. Arlington touched them up twice for at least 10 fantasy points including dropping 30 on them in their Week 4 matchup.
