PWHL Betting Picks January 11th 2026
Ottawa Charge Over Boston Fleet (+130 via BetMGM)
Sunday, January 11, 2026, 9:00 a.m. Pacific
Boston has control of the standings with a 7-2-0-1 record and 22 points on the season. However, all three of the Fleet’s losses have come within their last five games. Two of those losses were at the hands of the bottom two teams in the league. The last of which was to the 7th place Vancouver Goldeneyes.
Ottawa may be last in the standings, but they are currently one of the hottest teams in the league. The Charge are on a five-game winning streak and have pulled to an even 5-5-0 on the season. Unfortunately, three of their wins have been in overtime, which has only turned their wins into 12 points this year. Ottawa has beaten three of the top four teams in the league during their hot streak.

These teams last met on December 27th with the Charge coming away with a 3-2 win in a shootout. Ottawa has won its last three matchups against Boston going back to last season. The books realize this will be a close game as they have set Ottawa +1.5 in and around -250. This is a great spot to bet the streaking underdog outright at plus money.
Seattle Torrent vs. Minnesota Frost Over 4.5 Goals (-105 via BetMGM)
Sunday, January 11, 2026, 11:00 a.m. Pacific
Minnesota enters this matchup averaging 2.8 goals per game so far this season. That puts the Frost tied with Ottawa for the most in the league. They will be returning home for the first time since December 21st of last year. This bodes well for the over here as each of their last two home games have exceeded this total.

It’s been a tepid start to the first season in the PWHL for the Seattle Torrent. They find themselves at the bottom of the standings with a 4-4-1 record. The Torrent have scored only 19 goals in their nine games this year which is the fewest in the league. Seattle has been stingy on defense, allowing 2.3 goals per game. However, two of their last three road games have produced at least five goals.
Vancouver Goldeneyes vs. Montréal Victoire Over 4.5 Goals (-110 via BetMGM)
Sunday, January 11, 2026, 11:00 a.m. Pacific
Vancouver has surrendered the most goals against (31) in the league through the first two months of the season. The Goldeneyes have participated in a game with five or more goals in 6 of their 11 contests during their inaugural season. Three of their last five games have hit the over on this number including their last two road games.
