UFL Week 7 Picks & Parlays 2025
Well, we had a feeling that going 4-0 again may not be something that happened. Last week’s results weren’t what we wanted. However, we’re bouncing back this week. The games start soon, so we’ll roll through quick. Let’s keep it going and take a look at my top UFL Week 7 picks and parlay!
UFL Week 7 Picks & Parlay!
DC Defenders (-7.5) @ San Antonio Brahmas
When and where to watch: May 9th at 8:00 PM Eastern on FOX
The DC Defenders just got embarrassed on national television by the Michigan Panthers. They also lost a few weeks ago to this San Antonio team. If you think that means we should be fading them, I was thinking the exact opposite. The Defenders are about to hit a revenge tour, and the Brahmas are going to be sorry they were in the way.
Since beating the Defenders, the Brahmas have scored a total of six points in two games. Their offense is abysmal, and the defense hasn’t been much better. They rolled with Kevin Hogan last week, and he was shaky at best. They’ll also be without their best player, Anthony McFarland, this week.
Jordan Ta’amu and the Defenders have a lot to prove both on offense and defense. I’d load up on your Defender players in DFS.
UFL Week 7 picks: Defenders (-7.5), Chris Rowland Receptions OVER 5.5 (-106)
Michigan Panthers (-3) @ Arlington Renegades
When and where to watch: May 10th at 1:00 PM Eastern on FOX
This should certainly be the best game of the week. The Michigan Panthers came out last week and absolutely dominated the DC Defenders. Bryce Perkins had everybody talking on social media after an incredible performance.
Arlington was just about the opposite. They lost 12-6 to the Battlehawks in a game they could have easily won, and blew a bunch of opportunities. Luis Perez looked like the same quarterback I’ve always said he is. Panicked, immobile, and easily flustered.
I think these teams both have some regression (positive and negative) this week. The Panthers had an explosion of points last week, and it feels like they’re going to maybe drop back down some. The Renegades will likely correct some of their inefficiencies and experience some positive regression after just six points.
UFL Week 7 picks: Arlington +3, Prop: Luis Perez, Most passing yards (-105)
Houston Roughnecks @ Birmingham Stallions (-5.5)
When and where to watch: May 11th at 12:00 PM Eastern on ABC
Birmingham looked dominant last week as they rolled over the Brahmas. The only thing about that statement is, it was against the Brahmas. For a team that has struggled to dominate, it’s hard to gauge these Stallions.
They’re dealing with a slew of injuries at the quarterback position. Case Cookus will start, but is banged up. Is it possible we see the return of J’Mar Smith to the field? He won a championship for Skip Holtz before and knows the offense well.
The Roughnecks have been playing feisty. The reality is, if they can win this game, they could really elevate their potential to make the playoffs. Coach Curtis Johnson has his players believing, despite all the silly things you hear him say on the sidelines.
Their defense is playing very strong, and Jalen McClendon is playing smart football. He’s got a big arm, but he’s also doing a decent job at not making dumb throws. This game is going to be really intriguing to see if Houston can keep up the intensity they’ve had as of late.
UFL Week 7 picks: Roughnecks +5.5, Method of First Score: Field Goal (+130)
St. Louis Battlehawks @ Memphis Showboats
When and where to watch: May 11th at 3:00 PM Eastern on ESPN
The Battlehawks won last week, but it wasn’t pretty. Aside from a long scramble, Max Duggan didn’t look all that great. His passing has been fairly inefficient. The defense is still playing well, but on the offensive side, the offensive line injuries look to be affecting the rhythm.
Memphis has stayed competitive the past few weeks, and part of that is thanks to new quarterback Dresser Winn. He’s playing smart football and putting them in position, for the most part. They signed Wes Hills, and he had 13 carries last week. Look for him to really turn it up this week.
This is going to be a battle, and while I think the Battlehawks come away with the victory, I don’t expect it to be any more than a three-point victory.
UFL Week 7 picks: Memphis +4.5, Method of First Score: Memphis Field Goal +380
UFL Week 7 Parlay
Every week, I’ll throw a parlay together of the picks I feel are the best. We missed last week’s, however, we’ll hit this week. This is also great as a round-robin parlay! We hit the 9/1 last week!
