UFL Week 7 DFS Picks 2025

The second season of the United Football League continues as Week 7 kicks off this Friday.

We are on the back end of the season now as there are only four more games until we reach the playoffs. Even still, new fantasy heroes are popping up every week. This makes it important to identify the players who are showing strength this week as we build our UFL Week 7 DFS Picks 2025 lineups.

Each week, we’ll give you one of our favorite building blocks from each position to help you assemble a winning DFS roster. You can get in on the action in one of many DraftKings contests. This week features a 4-game slate, a Saturday only slate, or a Sunday 2-game contest.

UFL Week 7 DFS Picks 2025

Quarterback

Bryce Perkins – Michigan Panthers, $10,300

Perkins and the Panther put on a show last week against the DC Defenders in their 38-14 win at home. In that game, the Michigan signal caller completed 13 of his 18 pass attempts for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns. He added another 76 yards and a touchdown on 9 rushing attempts. Impressively, he accounted for 66% of his team’s 401 total yards of offense.

All told, Perkins walked away with 31.1 fantasy points, the highest tally at the position for the week. The former Virginia Cavaliers’ quarterback has posted six straight weeks of double-digit fantasy production. He has eclipsed 20 fantasy points in each of his last four outings.

This week, he will take on an Arlington Renegades defense that is in the top third against the pass as well as the run. However, DC quarterback Jordan Ta’amu lit them up for 39 fantasy points two weeks ago. Expect Perkins to find similar success again this week.

Running Back

Wes Hills – Memphis Showboats, $6,000

Hills made his 2025 UFL debut last week and instantly assumed the role of lead back. The former Michigan Panthers running back earned 13 of his new team’s 24 rushing attempts on the day. He accounted for more than half of the Showboats’ 84 rushing yards. On top of that, he caught all three of his targets for 28 receiving yards. Hill finished the day with 10.5 fantasy points.

Memphis faces a St. Louis Battlehawks defense that has allowed running backs to reach double-digit fantasy points for three straight weeks. This includes Michigan’s Toa Taua’s 23-point Week 5 performance.

The Showboats are looking for Hills to turn around a lacking rushing attack that has produced the fewest rushing yards in the league. He has shot to the top of the depth chart and has the potential to improve on his initial outing last week. His ability to catch passes makes him even more valuable this week, especially at his discounted price.

Wide Receiver

Chris Rowland – DC Defenders, $8,700

Rowland leads the UFL with 395 receiving yards this season and is tied for first with 3 receiving touchdowns. The former Atlanta Falcons wideout is averaging a league-high 16 fantasy points per game this year. He’s reached double digits in all but one contest and has gone over 20 in his last two.

Last week, Rowland caught 9 of his 12 targets for 144 yards and a touchdown which turned into a 32.4 point fantasy day. He’s the most targeted DC pass catcher, nearly tripling Braylon Sanders, the next highest on the team.

In Week 7, he’ll go up against a San Antonio defense that has given up the most passing yards (1.205) in the league this season. The Brahmas have only given three passing touchdowns this year, which is the fewest surrendered. Even still, Rowland managed to earn 13.1 fantasy points in his Week 4 meeting against this defense without finding the end zone.

DST

DC Defenders, $4,400

There is no denying that last week’s effort by the DC defense was suboptimal. The Defenders did not do well to defend against the Michigan Panthers who ran away with a 38-14 win. To make matters worse, DC was unable to earn a sack or an interception causing them to end the day with -4 fantasy points. Many will look at this and back away from a team coming off of this poor showing.

However, this week is a different story. The Defenders are set to take on the worst offense in the league in San Antonio. The Brahmas are last in the league in total yards, total scoring, and even time of possession. They are allowing opposing defenses an average of 9 fantasy points per game this season. Although, last week, the Stallions amassed 14 fantasy points against the Brahmas while the Roughnecks exploded for 21 against them two weeks ago.

This should be a get right spot for a DC defense who is averaging 7 fantasy points per game this year. They will look to improve after not scoring any fantasy points in their Week 4 matchup.
