UFL Week 10 Picks & Parlays 2025

The last week of the UFL regular season is here. Since teams have nothing to play for, this will be a tough week to handicap. How long will starters play, and how will their backups perform? Last week we went 3-1 on sides and 3-1 on props, including the +125 anytime touchdown. Let’s keep it going and take a look at my top UFL Week 10 picks, props, and parlay!

UFL Week 10 Picks & Parlay!

St. Louis Battlehawks @ DC Defenders (-2.5)

When and where to watch: May 30th at 8:00 PM Eastern on FOX

The first game on the UFL Week 10 picks is a preview of the XFL Division Championship that we’ll see next week. However, with a few changes. First, it’s in DC, while the Division Championship will be played in St. Louis, no matter what, due to a scheduling conflict with Aldi Field.

Second, the backups are going to be playing. We’ll see Brandon Silvers against Mike Diliello and a bunch of backups take the field as the teams focus on staying healthy for next week’s matchup against each other. You have to imagine these coaches are going to want to hold back a little as well.

However, this is spring football. Which means every single snap for these backups is an important one because they’ll be playing for their next snap. Mike Diliello looked impressive last week as he almost rallied DC back for the win.

They scored a touchdown and fell short of a three-point conversion that would have tied the game. I was impressed with his performance. Brandon Silvers, a former spring league starter, is also playing to prove himself. He’ll be hoping to showcase his talents and to get another shot at starting next year.

This could go either way, but I’m riding the DC as a dog because of their home-field advantage.

UFL Week 10 picks: DC Defenders (+2.5), DC Moneyline, Prop: Brandon Silvers Over 74.5 passing yards. Sprinkle a little on Jerveon Howard First TD: +700

Houston Roughnecks @ Michigan Panthers (-2.5)

When and where to watch: May 31st at 3:00 PM Eastern on ESPN

Wow, did we see a change in the spread in this game! The Panthers opened up as 9.5-point favorites, and it’s come down all the way to just 2.5 points. A lot of this has to do with the announcement that the Panthers will be starting backup quarterback Rocky Lombardi.

He’s a Michigan native who played for Michigan State. You’re never supposed to fade a Lombardi in a big game, but I think we’re okay to do so here. Michigan has nothing to play for and will be looking to stay healthy. Despite it being Jake Bates bobblehead giveaway day (again), Michigan likely won’t have much motivation.

The Roughnecks, on the other hand, are coming off a nice win last week, which we called. They’ve been playing really good football lately, and you have to wonder what the season would be like had Jalen McClendon started the whole time. Houston has no reason to rest their starters, and Curtis Johnson will hope to end on a high note. I think he will.

UFL Week 10 picks: Roughnecks +2.5, Roughnecks Moneyline (+145), Prop: Jalen McClendon Over Passing Yards (the total isn’t set yet, but take the over)

Arlington Renegades (-6.5) @ San Antonio Brahmas

When and where to watch: June 1st at 12:00 PM Eastern on ABC

Last week, my lock was the Arlington Renegades against the Showboats. Now they face the other bottom-dwelling team, the Brahmas. The Renegades show themselves in the foot too many times this year and it seems like I had the right idea on taking them to be pissed off and wanting to prove themselves.

That carries over to this week. The Brahmas haven’t been able to get good quarterback play. Last week, they started Kellen Mond, and the result wasn’t pretty. On the other side, we may be seeing Luis Perez play his last football game. Self-titled the “King of Spring”, he’s been more of a Mr. 500. However, he has been a staple in spring football for a while now. He’ll look to go out on a high note.

This is the only game that doesn’t contain at least one playoff team, however, the Renegades are looking to send a message that they should have been a playoff team. I’m buying in, one last time. I’m hoping I never have to hear about Perez learning football from YouTube again.

UFL Week 10 picks: Renegades (-6.5), Prop: Touchdown Scored In The First 10 Minutes Of The Game: Yes (+170). Sprinkle a little on: Touchdown Scored In The First 5 Minutes Of The Game: Yes (+450)

Birmingham Stallions (-6.5) @ Memphis Showboats

When and where to watch: June 1st at 3:00 PM Eastern on FOX

The last game on our UFL Week 10 picks and the last game of the week will see the Birmingham Stallions against the Memphis Showboats. This is a weird one to try and handicap. On one hand, the Stallions have nothing to play for as their playoff matchup is set.

On the other hand, Skip Holtz doesn’t really sit players, and the Showboats aren’t exactly a threat. I actually think the Stallions’ backup quarterbacks are better than whoever the Showboats roll out. Will Troy Williams get the start? EJ Perry? Dresser Winn? Who knows! I don’t think it matters. There hasn’t been very inspiring play from any of these guys outside of Winn’s first start or two.

The Stallions getting 6.5 points seems like the books believe the starters will play at least part of the game. Keep in mind, with all the injuries the Stallions have faced at quarterback, it would be good to continue to get guys reps for continuity’s sake. I think I’m going with the better-coached team, the better system, and the better players.

UFL Week 10 picks: Stallions (-6.5) Prop: Points Scored In the First 5 Minutes Of The Game: Yes (+300)

UFL Week 10 Parlay

Every week, I’ll throw a parlay together of the picks I feel are the best. We missed last week’s due to the Battlehawks’ scoring explosion, however, we’ll hit this week. If you played it round-robin last week, we cashed money! This is also great as a round-robin parlay! Let’s hit it!

Defenders ML (+125)
Rougnecks ML (+145)
Renegades -6.5 (-120)
Stallions -6.5 (-110)

Payout: +1829
