UFL Week 6 Picks & Parlays 2025
Are you paying attention? Are you tailing? If so, you ended up 19 units last week. If you didn’t tail, I’m sorry. It’s time to tail now, though! We were 4-0 against the spread (ATS), nailed some of the props, and hit our parlay! Let’s keep it going and take a look at my top UFL Week 6 picks and parlay!
UFL Week 6 Picks & Parlay!
Arlington Renegades @ St. Louis Battlehawks (-3.5 on ESPNBet)
When and where to watch: May 2nd at 8:00 PM Eastern on FOX
Last week, we weren’t sure what to expect out of the Battlehawks with Max Duggan making his first start in place of Manny Wilkins. They had an epic back-and-forth battle with the Michigan Panthers and won the game.
Arlington had a big matchup as well. They faced off against the DC Defenders, who they were battling for the top spot in the XFL conference. The Renegades let a 15-point lead slip and lost the game. Both of these teams are coming off an emotional, hard-fought game. This makes it an interesting game to pick in our UFL Week 6 picks.
Have no fear, of course I have a pick and a prop for it. The Battlehawks have offensive line injuries that are going to hinder their game. That’s especially true against the Arlington Renegades, who have a fierce front-seven. That defensive line should be after Duggan. Which, in turn, should cause him to run a lot again.

I know Stoops is usually good at limiting rushing quarterbacks. However, I still think Duggan is going to have to run in order to keep the chains moving. This is a big matchup for who can remain in second place in the XFL division and continue to try to make a push for the playoffs. All four dogs were barking last weekend, and we’re starting with a dog barking today. Luis Perez and the Renegades finish the job this time.
UFL Week 6 picks: Renegades +3.5, Renegades +135 Prop Bet: Most Rushing Yards: Max Duggan +325
Memphis Showboats @ Houston Roughnecks (-4.5 on DraftKings)
When and where to watch: May 3rd at 12:00 PM Eastern on ABC
Both of these teams are coming off upsets last weekend. The Roughnecks have looked better as of late, especially now that Jalen McClendon is the starting quarterback. However, can we really trust the Roughnecks and coach Curtis Johnson as 4.5-point favorites?
Memphis started Dresser Winn last weekend, and they pulled off a huge upset over the Birmingham Stallions. Winn looked competent in running their offense. Memphis also just signed former UFL leading rusher Wes Hills.
Dresser Winn in a 24-20 win @ the Stallions : 17/29 for 235 yards, TD & a 96.2 QB Rating; 4 carries for 11 yards (1st career UFL start)
Dee Anderson : 4 catches for 93 yards & a TD on 7 targets pic.twitter.com/fU11TW8yUv— Lee Harvey (@MusikFan4Life) April 26, 2025
Coming off a big win over the Stallions and getting the one-game bump from Dresser Winn would usually be a reason for fading a team. However, I just can’t bring myself to trust Houston as a favorite.
UFL Week 6 picks: Memphis +4.5, Prop: Method of First Score MEM – FG +400
DC Defenders @ Michigan Panthers (-2.5 on FanDuel)
When and where to watch: May 4th at 12:00 PM Eastern on ESPN
This is a tough game to handicap in our UFL Week 6 picks. Both of these teams are playing really well, and Mike Nolan, head coach of the Panthers, finally named Perkins the sole starting quarterback. This is the best thing he could have done as head coach, but it comes about 5 weeks too late.
The Defenders rallied last week and came back, and ended up beating the Renegades. They can move the ball at will against any defense, it feels like. They also have the best record in the league. I realize the game is at Michigan, however, I don’t think they should be the favorites.

This will be a great game. The over is a great play. However, I just think the Defenders are a better team. Michigan deciding to start quarterback Bryce Perkins definitely makes them better as a team. However, the Defenders’ defense is playing well. Their offense is almost unstoppable. It’ll be a close game but the Defenders win this one outright.
UFL Week 6 picks: Defenders +2.5, Defenders ML (+140). Prop Bet: It’s not priced yet, but most rushing yards: Bryce Perkins
San Antonio Brahmas @ Birmingham Stallions (-10 on DraftKings)
When and where to watch: May 4th at 4:00 PM Eastern on FOX
The biggest spread this week in our UFL Week 6 picks is the San Antonio Brahmas at the Birmingham Stallions. The Brahmas are coming off an embarrassing 27-3 loss to the Roughnecks. The Stallions also lost last weekend. They closed as 12-point favorites and lost outright to Memphis.
I know this isn’t the NFL, but the Brahmas are a close-your-eyes special. Last week, they were 2.5-point favorites and lost by 24 points. Underperforming the spread by three touchdowns, and now they’re 10-point dogs.
This Stallions team isn’t the same dominant team that they’ve been in the past handful of years in the USFL and UFL. Until they have a bounce-back game, which I keep hearing they’re going to have, we can’t really trust them to cover a double-digit spread.

I also pointed out a trend last week in the UFL. When the spread is moving one way, bet the opposite. This opened at 9.5 and has now shifted half a point to the Stallions. I expect it to shift more as we get closer to kickoff. When it’s moving one way, shift to the opposite.
UFL Week 6 picks: Brahmas (+10). Prop Bet: On ESPN, you can cancel this bet if they name a different starter before the game starts. However, for now, Kellen Mond over 86.5 passing yards (-118)
UFL Week 6 Parlay
Every week, I’ll throw a parlay together of the picks I feel are the best. We missed last week’s, however, we’ll hit this week. This is also great as a round-robin parlay! We hit the 9/1 last week!
Renegades Moneyline (+140)
Showboats Moneyline (+200)
Defenders Moneyline (+140)
Payout: +1628
