UFL Week 4 Picks & Parlays 2025

Boy, did we eat dirt last week. Every dog covered, two won outright, and we were left wondering what happened with our bets. Hopefully, you at least followed the props I gave out on my X(Twitter), where I was up seven units. Let’s look at some UFL Week 4 picks and a parlay, and get ready to bounce back!

UFL Week 4 Picks & Parlay!

Memphis Showboats @ Michigan Panthers (-7.5 on DraftKings)

When and where to watch: April 18th at 8:00 PM Eastern on FOX

The Showboats were favorites last weekend against the Roughnecks and lost straight up. It wasn’t a good look, especially in their stadium packed with a whopping 4,000 fans. They’re only scoring 13.7 points per game and allowing 19.7 points per game.

The Panthers squeaked by the Brahmas last week. They’re averaging 20 points per game and allowing opponents 18.7. Michigan has looked shaky this year. Last week, they opened up with Danny Etling as their starter, despite listing Perkins as the starter. It really felt like it would be a move that cost them the game. However, Etling got a concussion, and Perkins came in and played well.

Memphis is averaging 18 more yards than Michigan. Michigan is averaging 29 more rushing yards than Memphis. The Showboats’ defense is better against the pass than the Panthers have been, but the Panthers beat them in opponent rush yards allowed.

Why am I talking about these things? Because I’m not sure I feel the Panthers should be 7.5-point favorites against anybody, even if it is the worst team in the UFL. However, can you really trust Memphis to do anything well? They have lost their coach once again, as Ken Whisenhunt decided to step down (again). I’m honestly staying away from this one, but let’s ride with the back-door cover.

UFL Week 4 picks: Showboats (+7.5)

St. Louis Battlehawks (-1.5 on FanDuel) @ Arlington Renegades

When and where to watch: April 19th at 12:30 PM Eastern on ABC

The Battlehawks got smoked by the Defenders last week, even though they were the favorites. Meanwhile, Arlington almost beat the Birmingham Stallions, a team most feel is one of the best. The Battlehawks retreat from the Battledome and stay at the HUB this weekend to face Arlington.

The Battlehawks’ offense had looked really good prior to that game against DC. Maybe it was their competition, though. They had defeated the Roughnecks and the Brahmas, two teams in the bottom half of the league.

Meanwhile, the Renegades destroyed the Brahmas, squeaked by the Roughnecks, and then lost to the Stallions, 10-9, last week. Had the Stallions not had an odd false-start review called on them, negating an interception that would have sealed the game for the Stallions.

The Renegades just signed Taco Charlton, who is a big addition to their defensive line. For the Battlehawks, they just lost veteran defensive back Brandon Sebastian, who has been with the team for three years now. Renegades should be able to slow the Battlehawks’ run and take advantage of the banged-up secondary.

UFL Week 4 picks: Renegades (+1.5), +120 on the MoneyLine

Birmingham Stallions (-7.5 on DraftKings) @ Houston Roughnecks

When and where to watch: April 19th at 7:00 PM Eastern on FOX

The Birmingham Stallions, three-time champions between the UFL and USFL, haven’t looked all that great this year. What better way to get on track than to face the Houston Roughnecks, who just got their first win, despite it not looking pretty.

Houston is allowing 191.3 passing yards per game and 148 rushing yards per game. This should open the Birmingham offense up nicely, finally, and they should be able to easily win this game. The Roughnecks are going to start Nolan Henderson, which is probably a good move, but I don’t expect it to immediately turn this team around.

This is one of the best teams in the UFL against one of the worst teams in the UFL. It feels like a smash spot, a lock, and my most confident pick of the week. I cannot believe my eyes when I see that bets on the spread are split 50/50 according to DraftKings. Don’t overthink this one.

UFL Week 4 picks: Stallions (-7.5)

San Antonio Brahmas @ DC Defenders (-7 on FanDuel)

When and where to watch: April 20th at 5:00 PM Eastern on FOX

This might be one of the most interesting games to watch this weekend. DC is undefeated, but cannot afford to overlook the Brahmas. Meanwhile, the Brahmas lost their coach in Wade Phillips, who is stepping away. That puts Payton Pardee in line to take over as head coach.

Pardee coached a pretty good game as the offensive coordinator last week, and I do think he is going to be a better option for the Brahmas. He’ll be even better if he uses Anthony McFarland more. McFarland had seven carries and averaged over seven yards a carry.

However, I don’t know if it will matter this week. The DC Defenders’ defense has looked like the best unit in the league. They shocked the Battlehawks in the Battledome last weekend. They also shut down the Stallions in Week 1 with an 18-11 win.

Seven points aren’t enough in this one. I could see it ending up in a potential push. However, if the Defenders can beat the Battlehawks by 12 and the Stallions by seven, they can cover a seven-point spread against the Brahmas.

UFL Week 4 picks: Bring out the Beer Snake – DC Defenders (-7)

UFL Week 4 Parlay

Every week, I’ll throw a parlay together of the picks I feel are the best. We missed last week’s, however, we’ll hit this week. This is also great as a round-robin parlay!

Renegades ML (+120)
Defenders ML (-330)
Stallions (-7.5)

Payout: +447 – it’s a smaller parlay, but we’re riding a smaller one to get on track and hit it!
