UFL Week 3 DFS Picks 2025

UFL Week 3 DFS Picks 2025

The second season of the United Football League continues as Week 3 kicks off this Friday. Some rosters have started to solidify as players are beginning to separate themselves from the pack. Many teams are still trying to find their identities, especially at the quarterback position. This makes it important to focus on the player who we are certain to get the most opportunities this week as we build our UFL Week 3 DFS Picks 2025 lineups.

Each week, we’ll give you one of our favorite building blocks from each position to help you assemble a winning DFS roster. You can get in on the action in one of many DraftKings contests. This week features a 4-game slate, a Saturday only slate, or a Sunday 2-game slate.

UFL Week 3 DFS Picks 2025

Quarterback

Manny Wilkins – St. Louis Battlehawks, $10,000

More than half the league seems to be playing roulette at the quarterback position trying to find their guy. The Battlehawks don’t have that problem as Manny Wilkins has been theirs from the start of the season. He has accounted for all but one of his team’s 39 pass attempts this year. Not to mention he has the third-highest rushing total on the team.

Wilkins is currently averaging a league-high 18.1 fantasy points per game at the quarterback position. Impressively, he’s accomplished this without completing a single touchdown pass this season. The Battlehawks’ signal caller is one of five players in the league with at least 100 rushing yards. He is also the only quarterback above that threshold as well.

St. Louis is facing a DC Defenders defense that has allowed the third-most rushing yards in the UFL. Expect the Battlehawks to attack that weakness with Wilkins leading the charge. His rushing floor makes his price worth the investment. You’ll be in even better shape if he manages to throw his first touchdown pass of the season.

Running Back

Kalen Ballage – Arlington Renegades, $7,500

Many people will be flocking to Jacob Saylors this week as the St. Louis running back has had a stellar start to his season. However, his price tag will leave you having to find a lot of value elsewhere. This is why rostering Ballage may be a solid pivot in a few of your GPP lineups this week.

Ballage is averaging the third-most fantasy points per game this season (13.4) for a running back. He also leads the league in total rushing yards (148), average yards per attempt (7.0), and average rushing yards per game (74.0). If you select him this week you will be buying the dip. He is coming off of a week in which he scored just 4.8 fantasy points while splitting time with Dae Dae Hunter.

The former Arizona Sun Devils running back should be able to bounce back this weekend against a San Antonio Brahmas defense that is allowing 173.5 rushing yards per game this season.

Wide Receiver

Jonathan Adams – Memphis Showboats, $7,600

We are going back to the well this week as Jonathan Adams rewarded us with 24.8 fantasy points as last week’s pick at wideout. The Memphis pass catcher is averaging almost twice as many fantasy points per game as the next best receiver – Chris Rowland of the Defenders has 12.7. It’s almost criminal not to take advantage of his deeply discounted price again this week.

Adams leads the Showboats in every major receiving category, by a lot. His 221 receiving yards are 170 more than Elijah Stove and his 15 receptions are 11 more than Kwamie Lassiter. He’s also registered the only receiving touchdown for his team this season. There is no denying who the main target is in Memphis.

This week, Adams and the Showboats look to exploit the Houston Roughnecks who have allowed the most passing yards in the league (385) this season. Three receivers have registered at least 13 fantasy points against the Houston defense this season. That trend does not look to slow down against Adams this week.

Memphis Showboats, $4,100

This pick is all about the matchup. The Memphis Showboats get to face the Houston Roughnecks this week, who have the worst overall offensive output in the league this year. Houston is averaging just 197.5 offensive yards per game this season. They have struggled to score on top of that having amassed only 15 points in their 2025 campaign.

Last week, the Renegades registered two sacks and an interception against the Roughnecks en route to an 8-point fantasy day. In Week 1, the Battlehawks hung 14 fantasy points on Houston with two interceptions and three sacks on the day.
