UFL Week 3 Picks & Parlays 2025
We are two weeks into the UFL. After a great Week 1, last week’s picks weren’t up to par at 2-3. I asked if the Stallions could bounce back in Week 2 (and said no). Now the real question is, can I bounce back (the answer is yes)? Let’s look at some UFL Week 3 picks and a parlay!
UFL Week 3 Picks & Parlay!
Arlington Renegades @ Birmingham Stallions (-4.5 @ DraftKings)
When and where to watch: April 11th at 8:00 PM Eastern on FOX
Birmingham bounced back last week with a 21-12 win over the Panthers. The Renegades took on Houston and perhaps overlooked them a little bit, only winning 11-9. These two played each other in Week 2 of last year, and Birmingham won 27-14.
Alex McGough was named Birmingham’s starter to open the season. However, last week he was injured on the first offensive play of the game. Matt Corral replaced him, but he looked a little rusty at first. It wasn’t long before Corral looked back to the same championship form from last year.
The Renegades looked sleepy last week, and it may have been a wake-up call for them that they aren’t good enough to overlook any opponents. Luis Perez and the Renegades sit at 2-0 right now. However, they aren’t the powerhouse that the Stallions have become in spring ball.
Being in Birmingham will make a difference as well. The crowds haven’t been huge, but playing at home is always a slight advantage in this league. The Stallions are back on track and with a win here, they’ll be argued as the top team in the UFL once again.
UFL Week 3 picks: Stallions (-4.5)
Houston Roughnecks @ Memphis Showboats (-4.5 @ FanDuel)
When and where to watch: April 12th at 2:30 PM Eastern on ESPN
The next game on our Week 3 UFL picks is a battle between two teams near the bottom of the league. The Houston Roughnecks and Memphis Showboats still haven’t won a game this season and are sitting at 0-2. The good news is, one of them will win this week. Hopefully.
The Roughnecks kept it close with the Renegades last week, even though they were 10-point underdogs. The Showboats also kept the game fairly close during a 17-12 loss to the DC Defenders. The Showboats’ offense hasn’t opened up as they had hoped with EJ Perry.
This is the game that changes that, in my opinion. The Roughnecks appear to be one of the lesser teams in the UFL, mainly due to coaching. They don’t seem to be coached very well. The Showboats got Ken Wisenhunt back as their head coach last week, and despite not scoring more points, the offense looked better.
The showdown is in Memphis and the under is definitely in play here.
UFL Week 3 picks: Memphis (-4.5)
San Antonio Brahmas @ Michigan Panthers (-6.5)
When and where to watch: April 13th at 12:00 PM Eastern on ABC
I was fully prepared to take the Brahmas in this one as a surprise underdog. Then their offensive coordinator, AJ Smith, announced this week that he was resigning. No reason was given for his resignation, and he is just stepping away.
It puts a wrinkle in the system. Not only do the players now have to adjust to a new playcaller, but the disorganization may be a little too much for them to overcome. This line has come up quite a bit, however. It opened up at -3.5 and is now at -6.5. If it gets north of seven, it’ll be hard not to take the Brahmas.
Michigan has had some disorganization of its own, after trading its best receiver, Marcus Simms, to Houston. They did improve their offensive line with the trade, but you have to wonder at what cost. Michigan is sitting at 1-1 and is the better team if they can keep moving the ball down the field.
One of the most frustrating things about watching Michigan is their quarterback system. Bryce Perkins is clearly the better quarterback, but Danny Etling keeps getting reps as well. Keep Perkins in for a full game, and Michigan has a better chance.
UFL Week 4 picks: Panthers (-6.5), Lock the under 35.5
DC Defenders @ St. Louis Battlehawks (-6.5 @ FanDuel)
When and where to watch: April 13th at 3:00 PM Eastern on ABC
The last game on the UFL Week 3 picks list should be a good one. The 2-0 DC Defenders at the 2-0 St. Louis Battlehawks, where one team will advance to 3-0. These teams have created a bit of a rivalry since they both started in the XFL two years ago. They’ve been some of the better teams to watch as well.
The Defenders have two main things going against them in this game. One is, defensive coordinator Gregg Williams has stepped away to start his position at Tennessee State. He was supposed to be around until the season ended, however, plans changed. It’ll be interesting to see if their defense stays as aggressive without Gregg there.
The other thing is, this game is in the Battledome. St. Louis has the best home-field advantage in the league, and they play very well there. Manny Wilkins has looked good as their starter. He’s dealing with a slight hamstring injury, but I don’t think it will affect his gameplay.
If this was in DC and Gregg Williams was still there, I’d consider taking DC. However, it’s not in DC, and Williams is already gone.
UFL Week 3 picks: The Battledome will be rocking again, Battlehawks (-6.5)
Bonus Bet: Lines aren’t available yet, but Jacob Saylors’ anytime touchdown (-110 last week) and first touchdown (+320 last week)
UFL Week 3 Parlay
Every week, I’ll throw a parlay together of the picks I feel are the best. We missed last week’s, however, we’ll hit this week. This is also great as a round-robin parlay! Two of three will still net you a profit!
Showboats (-4.5)
Battlehawks (-6.5)
Brahmas @ Panthers UNDER 36.5
